REGISTRATION PROCEDURE: Camp forms and deposits are due by May 15th, 2016.  After this date, please contact us to check availability.

Returning families: Submit registration fee of $50 HERE and submit REGISTRATION FORMS.

New families: Please, submit the registration fee of $50 HERE. We will contact you within 48 business hours for further registration instructions.

FAQs

What are camp hours? Tuesday through Thursday, July 5 – July 21, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Drop-off begins daily at 8:50 am. Pick-up is at 2:00 pm.

Will my child need to bring a lunch? Yes, your child will need a lunch and water bottle daily. You may pack extra food for snacks, although healthy snacks will be provided.

Where do activities take place? Activities take place at the Greenwood Community Church at 5100 E. Belleview Avenue, Greenwood Village, CO  80111. Activities will be both inside and outside daily, weather permitting. We may have some offsite activities, like a hike along the Highline Canal or an excursion to a nearby park.

Where do I drop-off my child? Drop-off and pick-up are on the south side of the church, along the back of the building.

Who will work with my child during camp? Trained and CPR-certified Connect Us facilitators will work with your child. Specific information about group facilitators will be supplied in a future email.

What is the facilitator to child ratio during camp? The ratio is approximately one facilitator for every five children.

How many children are in each group? Typically, groups do not exceed 12 children.

Is there a cancellation policy? We kindly request cancellation notice in writing by email. Notice of cancellation by May 20th will receive a full refund. After May 20th, refunds will be total amount paid less $75, which includes $50 deposit and $25 processing fee.

Do you offer financial assistance? Yes.  We offer both financial assistance and payment plans. To inquire, please contact programs@connectusnow.org or call 303-773-3960.

What age must my child be to attend camp?  Is there an age limit? Your child must be 3 years of age by July 5th, 2016, and potty-trained.  Our camp is designed for children up to age 13.
